Turbo scrapped
May 2011. One of the last Turbos has been scrapped because the bodywork repairs were not viable. The wheels are now destined for an Acclaim in SE London. The engine has been acquired by a First-Generation Civic enthusiast. It will end up in either a Civic or another Acclaim. One of the only three surviving Acclaim Turbos has been acquired for renovation by the TSSC.Car was part way through what appears to be a competent restoration and the TSSC hope to finish the task: details and pictures.
Any technical or historical information about this car would be very helpful. If anybody can assist then please do please contact me.
